The latest comments and the survey of the experts suggest that Offshore Software Development Outsourcing seems to be the only way to stay in the current competitive market in IT industry.

The current global market of IT has really become very competitive and everyone seeks for the combination of lower software development cost and high quality software development work. Internal pressure of keeping the development costs low and maintain high productivity is also increasing and this factor leads the companies to Development Outsourcing process. Companies are heavily seeking to shift their software development
processes to the overseas locations to meet the current market’s costs effective services demand.

The current survey suggests that more then 65%-70% of investment in Software Development and Hardware industry goes overseas and only 35% to 30% still remains onshore. The percentage of amount invested in overseas dealing is also expected to increase in coming years. The companies are experiencing higher return on investment by such offshore development outsourcing dealings. The number of companies that are investing in overseas business is also increasing rapidly with the growing competition in the IT market. If we look at the 5 years back from here, around 30 to 35% work used to go to the other countries in IT Industries.
